Coach D’s Personal Training Sessions
Personal training sessions are now being scheduled for those who want individualized training.

Personal Training benefits and fees-
Each introductory session comes with an initial assessment priced at $75. Each session after that is a rate of $100 per hour and a half per session.
1. Multiple Sessions are encouraged to gain the most out of your training goals.
2. Multiple sibling or person discounts are available. This is on a case-by-case basis.
3. Individualized and sport specific training is also available for and additional fee.
4. Meal and dietary plans are also available at an additional charge.

DFG Athletics was established out of a deep need for the athletic comunity to develop tomorrow's talents in today's world. Out of dissappointment of what sports was becoming Coach D founded DFG Athletics. This of course is an expantion of the DFG brand.
The Heart of a Champion:
What can be said about a person who possesses the heart of a true champion?
They are dedicated to the task put in front of them.
They are not easily defeated.
They have tremendous focus.
They endure to the end.
They lead those around them by example.
When challenged they embrace it with confidence.
When life happens, they stand tall, and firm in their position.
They are not too proud to seek advice to make them better.
The heart they possess is one filled with passion.
Their passion has produced patience.
Their patience has developed perfection.
This sense of perfection makes them diligent.
Their diligence manifests into action.
Their actions reveals their heart.
Their heart is seen by those they come into contact with.
it is this type of heart that willlead them to their manifested destiny.

INTRODUCING DFG EXPRESS
Under DFG Athletics DFG Express is a running and athletic training club aimed at producing tomorrow's athletes through sports specific training and competition.
What we offer are as follows...
1. Speed and agility training.
2. Speed and sprint mechanics development.
3. Assistance with weight and strength.
4. Sports specific training sessions, ie: track, xc, individual.
5. Private sessions for clients looking to increase speed and agility
6. Leadership development through athletics.
7. Health and nutrition education.
8. Information on youth, and collegiate competitions.
